Yenesaw has been a board member since 2024.

Yenesaw (goes by Yenny) was born and raised in Ethiopia, and came to the United States as a young adult. He is married to his wife Megan, and they have 4 children and reside in Fresno, California.

Yenny earned his Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Addis Ababa in 2010, and went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration from Liberty University in 2018.

While he was living in Ethiopia, Yenny was a Youth Leader at his local church where he discipled high school and college age students. He taught Bible lessons, led worship, and trained for evangelism regularly. After moving to Fresno, he went on to start a successful medical transportation business called Community Medical Transport in the Central Valley, and enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs in the same business.

Now that he lives in Fresno, Yenny continues his love of sharing the Gospel by reaching out to Internationals who are in the area, and hosting them in his home regularly for fellowship. Yenny and his family are intentional about building deeper relationships, demonstrating what a follower of Jesus’ life looks like daily, and opening the door to spiritual conversations. Many who have come to his home and consider him a close friend are from nations such as Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, and India.

Yenny has also partnered with Horn of Africa to provide small business training and budget training for church planters in Ethiopia. This has helped church planters start their own businesses and become more self-sufficient, which increases their sphere of influence in their communities.
